If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Yarkaya Tykva Tourism's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Services and Booking

3.1 Service Description

Yarkaya Tykva Tourism provides travel planning services, guided tours, and travel-related information for Australia. Our services include but are not limited to customized itinerary planning, tour bookings, accommodation arrangements, and travel advice.

3.2 Booking and Payment

When you book a tour or service through our website or directly with our agents:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after we have received the required deposit or full payment and sent you a written confirmation. Until then, all bookings remain subject to availability.

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled tour date: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to force majeure, insufficient participation, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour option.

4. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers;
• Submit false or misleading information;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Send unsolicited promotional content or spam;
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Yarkaya Tykva Tourism or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. 9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, loss of belongings, injury, and medical expenses. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices and is the client's responsibility to arrange.

10. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure they have the appropriate passport, visa, and health requirements to enter Australia and any other destinations included in their itinerary. Yarkaya Tykva Tourism cannot be held responsible for any traveler who is denied entry into any country due to failure to carry the correct documentation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yarkaya Tykva Tourism, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
